This is a program to create ESRI World files, for an image
to be displayed, by for example ARCVIEW, at the right location.
It is capable of handling 2 point and 3 point georeferencing.
A short documentation comes with the ZIP file.
The program is free of charge for personal use!
Installation:
1. Unzip the file
2. Double click on georegarcview.exe
